We have developed an experience center that guides visitors through three different areas: The history of Sligro, 'the realm of the senses,' and the domain of the food professional. 'The realm of the senses' revolves around smell, sight, touch, hearing, and taste. For each sense, we have developed an installation where the sense can be experienced using technologies such as virtual reality. The domain of the food professional is the heart of ZiN. A multifunctional space where masterclasses are given in a large kitchen with screens, an inspiration lab, a restaurant, a wine tasting, a cinema, indoor and outdoor barbecues, various presentation and meeting rooms, a barista square, and an auditorium.
